Director, Medical Science Liaison

This remote leadership role will oversee a high-performing field medical team supporting innovation across neuroscience and mental health. You will translate medical strategy into impactful field execution and ensure consistent, high-quality scientific engagement across the Western U.S. The position combines people leadership, scientific exchange, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing Medical Affairs organization. You will coach and develop MSLs while strengthening scientific credibility, accountability, and professional growth across the team. Field insights gathered through relationships with external experts will help shape medical strategy, clinical development, and educational initiatives. The role will also contribute to advancing programs addressing treatment-resistant depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, areas of significant unmet need.
