Lead a portfolio of responsible AI experiments that address priority business and operational scenarios, with clear hypotheses, success measures, safeguards, and paths to scale. Create an experimentation rhythm that enables teams to test, learn, share insights, and rapidly convert successful pilots into durable ways of working. Measure the value of AI-enabled work through outcomes such as productivity, quality, cycle time, employee experience, and business impact. Lead the People & Culture team Communications Pillar, establishing a clear strategy, operating model, priorities, and measures of success. Partner with leaders and Human Resources to advance organizational health, manager excellence, inclusion, employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, and talent development. Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning in which employees are empowered to experiment and grow. Coach and develop team members while creating strong connections across business management and culture communities. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional business programs and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Experience with financial planning, workforce planning, operating rhythms, performance management, and organizational change. Proven analytical, communication, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity and data into clear decisions and action. Provide leaders with timely financial insights, scenarios, and recommendations that improve decision quality and maximize return on investment. Establish transparent controls, review cadences, and accountability for budget performance, vendor spend, and discretionary investments. Design and lead an integrated rhythm of business that connects strategy, execution, financials, talent, customer priorities, and organizational health. Prepare the Chief of Staff and senior leaders for business reviews and decision forums through concise insights, clear recommendations, and disciplined follow-through.
