This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Business Operations based in the United States. This is a strategic leadership role focused on strengthening financial integrity and operational performance across assigned business units. You will oversee business operations while establishing effective financial controls, processes, and reporting practices. The role combines financial analysis, budget management, vendor oversight, and operational planning. You will partner closely with academic leaders, finance teams, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and resource allocation. Your insights will help leadership understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed business decisions. The position offers significant autonomy in a complex, multifaceted organization with a mission-driven environment. This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel to U.S. campus locations for key meetings, events, or training.
