Director of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Marketing based in Canada. This is a senior marketing leadership opportunity with end-to-end responsibility for an integrated, growth-focused marketing function. You will shape strategy across paid acquisition, brand, content, PR, social, CRM, partnerships, and cross-sell initiatives. The role combines commercial accountability with hands-on leadership, requiring a strong connection between marketing activity, customer growth, and revenue. You will lead a multidisciplinary team while partnering closely with senior leaders across multiple business lines and corporate functions. A major focus will be strengthening brand authority while evolving content and discovery strategies around AI-powered search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will use data, experimentation, and performance insights to optimize investment, improve customer lifetime value, and identify new growth opportunities.
