This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product, Core Business based in Canada. This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping the future of a core enterprise B2B SaaS platform used by hundreds of thousands of frontline workers worldwide. You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the core business while leading an established team of Product Managers. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, you will translate company strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. The role combines strategic leadership with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer value, and scalable product practices. You will also champion an AI-first approach, embedding intelligent capabilities into the product and transforming how product teams work. This is an opportunity to influence a critical platform at significant scale while helping build a high-performing, autonomous product
