This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on accountability for quality, certification, accreditation, and professional development programs. You will own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development through ongoing review, improvement, and retirement. The position provides technical leadership across conformity assessment, certification, accreditation, and related engineering disciplines within a complex global environment. You will ensure programs maintain strong quality, integrity, risk management, and alignment with applicable international standards and accreditation requirements. The role also includes direct leadership of a Product & QA team, with responsibility for priorities, capability building, resourcing, and sustainable delivery. Success requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical outcomes. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates in WI, MI, NY, FL, or NC, with flexible working hours and up to 15% travel, including some international travel.

Lead and develop a Product & QA team of approximately 4–5 direct reports through coaching, performance management, and capability development. Own the complete product lifecycle across certification, accreditation, and professional development programs, from initial development through review and retirement. Define product strategy and roadmaps based on market needs, stakeholder feedback, organizational priorities, and evolving industry requirements. Monitor product performance and relevance, using data and stakeholder insights to guide improvement, investment, and retirement decisions. Maintain accountability for quality assurance and ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements and international standards across all programs. Lead accreditation, assessment, audit, and surveillance activities to promote consistency, program integrity, and effective risk management. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, accreditation bodies, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders. Provide technical oversight across assessment, conformity, and relevant engineering disciplines with support from internal and external subject matter experts. Develop technical advisory capabilities and structures that provide credible and scalable expertise across programs. Lead the development of professional development frameworks aligned with certification pathways and changing industry expectations. Manage the Product & QA department, including employees, contractors, and technical resources, while establishing clear priorities and delivery expectations. Define Product & QA resourcing requirements and contribute to annual business planning and budgeting. Apply strategic thinking, data analysis, program management, decision-making, and problem-solving to complex product and quality challenges. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned while maintaining required attendance, timeliness, and professional standards. Requirements: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quality, engineering, science, business, or related field, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bring at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing product, quality, or program portfolios in regulated, standards-based, technical, or compliance-driven environments. Experience with certification or accreditation programs within the conformity assessment ecosystem is strongly preferred. Knowledge of standards such as ISO/IEC 17024 and related certification or accreditation frameworks is preferred. Demonstrate advanced strategic thinking, program management, data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Bring strong people leadership skills, including experience coaching, developing, and managing teams. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, listening, and relationship-building skills across complex global environments. Be highly analytical and capable of translating technical, regulatory, and market information into practical product and business decisions. Demonstrate strong budgeting, planning, prioritization, and resource management capabilities. Bring a dedicated, collaborative, detail-oriented, and team-focused leadership style. Be comfortable operating across different time zones and adapting working hours when required to support global colleagues and clients. Be able to travel up to 15%, including international travel to key markets. Be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration; the role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship, including STEM OPT, TN, H-1B, or other work visas. Benefits: Annual base salary ranging from $106,192 to $132,740, with final offers determined by experience and overall fit. Eligibility for annual incentive opportunities. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. Accrued annual paid time off. Retirement savings program. Disability income protection. Life, accident, and critical illness insurance. Access to LinkedIn Learning and performance management and coaching programs. Challenging work with opportunities for professional learning and growth. Flexible work schedules and a focus on healthy work-life balance. Fully remote work eligibility for candidates located in Wisconsin, Michigan, New York, Florida, or North Carolina. Opportunity to work within a growing, global, mission-driven organization and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
