Full job description
Work with the Country Director on strategic leadership; oversee program implementation, monitoring and evaluation; supervise sector and MEAL leadership; support finance, HR, logistics and procurement processes; develop proposals and donor relationships; maintain emergency preparedness and advocacy; and represent the Haiti office externally.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a mature personal Christian faith and alignment with World Relief's stated beliefs; a relevant master's degree and at least 7 years of program-management experience with multi-sector relief/development programming are desired. Written and spoken French and English are mandatory, Creole is desirable, donor-funding experience is required, and the role may travel up to 40%.
