Full job description
Promote the hotel in assigned markets, plan and evaluate room, catering, convention and food-and-beverage sales activity, direct public-relations, advertising and promotional campaigns, manage sales and marketing resources, monitor changes in guest demand and competition, and adjust commercial strategy to improve performance.
Requirements & qualifications
At least 6 years of sales-management experience with a track record of results; MICE and leisure experience; prior sales success; strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills; financial-management capability; strategic planning ability is an advantage; excellent English is required.
