Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across multiple business functions and facilitate alignment around growth priorities. Requirements 10–15 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or another technology-driven environment, including at least 5 years in a senior strategy, growth, operations, or comparable leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional growth initiatives such as partnership expansion, go-to-market programs, new business models, or market launches. Proven ability to diversify revenue or scale new initiatives from initial concept through market execution. Strong experience developing business cases that incorporate market sizing, ROI analysis, financial modeling, and customer validation. Experience with strategic partnerships, corporate development, innovation, or venture-building is an asset. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate market and customer insights into practical, measurable growth plans. Excellent operational discipline, with the ability to create repeatable processes, scalable frameworks, and effective performance mechanisms. Strong financial acumen, including P&L understanding, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial analysis. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority. Strong customer-centric mindset and experience validating growth concepts through customer and market feedback. Analytical and data-driven approach, with confidence using both quantitative and qualitative information to prioritize opportunities. Excellent executive-level written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. Strong facilitation and stakeholder-alignment skills, particularly in complex, cross-functional environments. Benefits Annual compensation range of $143,500–$158,000 CAD for Canada, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market considerations.
