Support the negotiation and structuring of talent, partnership, and licensing agreements, including scope, economics, rights, usage, exclusivity, approvals, and deliverables. Draft and redline partnership and talent contracts while coordinating Legal review and internal approvals. Manage partnerships from signed agreement through launch, overseeing communication, timelines, approvals, asset collection, and contractual deliverables. Identify partnership risks, execution gaps, missed deadlines, and other issues and drive them toward resolution. Administer licensing operations, including approvals, product and asset requirements, line sheets, retail listing coordination, and post-launch reporting. Maintain an organized repository of partnership terms, rates, rights, deliverables, performance data, and renewal opportunities. Own the collaboration and partnership calendar, coordinating launches, activations, contractual milestones, and renewals with broader marketing and retail calendars. Partner cross-functionally to ensure products, creative assets, content, events, and programs are delivered on schedule. Manage partnership and event budgets, vendors, invoices, and payments in coordination with Finance. Prepare leadership recap materials covering deliverables, performance, outcomes, and key learnings. Establish PR strategy and priorities in partnership with the external agency. Manage the PR agency relationship, including campaign briefs, scopes of work, assets, deliverables, timelines, and escalations. Track agency performance and media coverage against campaign calendars and address execution gaps. Support press releases, statements, messaging, and other communications materials. Prepare leadership and designated spokespeople for interviews, podcasts, and other media opportunities. Requirements: 8+ years of experience leading talent, brand, entertainment, or strategic partnerships from sourcing and deal development through execution. Strong understanding of partnership and licensing mechanics, including rights, economics, approvals, usage, exclusivity, and contractual deliverables. Established relationships and credibility across music, entertainment, fashion, beauty, culture, talent, and related industries. Strong commercial judgment and experience supporting negotiations, contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships. Experience managing or briefing external PR agencies and holding partners accountable for scope, timelines, and deliverables. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with talent, agents, managers, agencies, brand executives, vendors, and senior external stakeholders.
