Director, Product Design

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Design based in Canada. This is a senior design leadership opportunity focused on shaping experiences that help millions of people confidently manage and improve their homes. You will lead product design across demand partnerships and demand generation, spanning both partner-facing and homeowner-facing experiences. The role combines product vision, organizational leadership, design craft, and growth strategy across multiple teams. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Business Development, and Marketing leaders to influence strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll build and develop a high-performing design organization while establishing scalable processes and operating models. Your work will directly influence acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and the overall quality of the customer experience. This is an environment where strong collaboration, experimentation, user insight, and exceptional design standards are central to how products are built.
