This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Marketing based in Canada. The Director, Product Marketing will lead the commercial strategy for a portfolio of innovative technology services and solutions. This role transforms complex technical offerings into market-relevant propositions that accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth. You will shape solution structures, packaging, positioning, pricing logic, and go-to-market strategies across new and existing offerings. Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executive teams, you will create the foundations needed for scalable market execution. Your ability to connect customer needs with business outcomes will help differentiate solutions and strengthen their commercial impact. You will also equip sales teams with compelling enablement resources, training, and messaging that support successful customer conversations. This is a strategic player-coach opportunity in a lean, high-accountability environment where hands-on execution and commercial impact are equally valued.
Architect clear and commercially compelling solution structures across portfolios, bundles, and use cases, ensuring offerings are easy for customers and sales teams to understand and position. Develop standardized naming, packaging, and pricing logic that creates consistency across the portfolio and strengthens the commercial presentation of technology solutions. Own end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings, translating business objectives and market opportunities into actionable plans that support pipeline creation and revenue expansion. Define target market segments, customer personas, and priority use cases to establish clear positioning and ensure offerings address meaningful customer needs. Create differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks that translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and compelling market narratives. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, case studies, and other commercial tools, while training sales teams to confidently communicate offerings and value propositions. Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify differentiation opportunities, understand evolving customer needs, and inform offering development and lifecycle decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executive stakeholders to align offerings with market priorities and maximize commercial performance. Use commercial, pipeline, and performance data to evaluate marketing impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously strengthen go-to-market effectiveness. Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, taking ownership of priorities and delivering measurable commercial outcomes in a lean and fast-moving environment. Support additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives consistent with the objectives of the role. Requirements 10+ years of Product Marketing experience within technology-driven sectors such as IT services, SaaS, cloud, customer experience, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation. Proven experience developing product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for complex B2B technology offerings. Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated commercial narratives, sales materials, and market-facing propositions that resonate with business decision-makers. Solid experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with the analytical judgment to identify market opportunities, differentiation strategies, and implications for portfolio development. Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executive teams to enable revenue growth and effective market execution. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using commercial, pipeline, and performance data to measure marketing impact and optimize go-to-market strategies. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to develop executive-level content, influence senior stakeholders, and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-accountability environment. A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Health insurance coverage. Language courses to support professional and personal development. Relocation program. Professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship, and talent investment initiatives. Internal mobility opportunities that support long-term career growth. Exposure to impactful projects involving leading global clients and opportunities to contribute to the evolution of technology-driven industries. Dynamic, multicultural, and inclusive working environment with open communication and regular team-building and social activities.
