Director Sales – Industrial Measurement and Control (IMC)

Our partner is looking for a Director Sales – Industrial Measurement and Control (IMC) based in the United States. This senior commercial leadership role is responsible for driving profitable growth across a broad industrial measurement and control portfolio. You will shape and execute sales strategies spanning field instruments, process instruments, modular systems, and terminals. The position combines revenue ownership, operating income accountability, strategic account management, and channel development. You will lead a team of approximately 6–10 sales professionals while partnering closely with marketing, product, operations, and manufacturing teams. Success will depend on using market intelligence, pipeline analytics, and disciplined CRM practices to identify opportunities and improve performance. The role offers significant visibility within a North American leadership organization and the opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy at scale. This is a fully remote position with approximately 50% travel across the United States and Canada.
