Lead full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Training, and other commercial functions. Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized, competitive, and field-based commercial roles. Manage complex searches and business-critical hiring initiatives while balancing quality, speed, candidate experience, and business needs. Manage, coach, and support Talent Acquisition team members and contractors as needed, establishing clear priorities and consistent recruiting execution. Build scalable recruiting practices and drive improvements across processes, systems, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Use Greenhouse and recruiting analytics to monitor pipeline health, hiring progress, recruiting effectiveness, and provide meaningful talent insights to senior leaders. Maintain recruiting practices that comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, confidentiality requirements, and ethical standards. Manage relationships with external search firms and recruiting vendors, including partner selection, strategy, performance evaluation, budget awareness, and appropriate agency utilization. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. At least 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex organizations. Demonstrated experience recruiting for commercial, sales, or field-based positions; experience supporting commercial launches or significant team expansions is strongly preferred. Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders while balancing business priorities, candidate experience, and disciplined recruiting practices. Experience developing recruiting processes, programs, reporting capabilities, and talent pipelines within high-growth or evolving environments. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and ethical recruiting practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; experience with Greenhouse is preferred. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with sound judgment, strong collaboration skills, and a business-minded approach. Benefits Starting base salary range of $165,000–$220,000 USD . Eligibility for additional compensation, including bonus and equity. 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for employees and their dependents. 401(k) program with company match, with vesting after the first month following the start date. Flexible time off. Generous parental leave. Additional fringe perks. Remote work arrangement with in-office participation and travel as needed.
