Dispatcher at Al Tayer Group — Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • To support dispatch team in dispatch activities, in accordance to the delivery plan, enabling the company to meet its commercial/site objective Functional Roles and Responsibilities • Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan. • Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement • Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.

• To support dispatch team in dispatch activities, in accordance to the delivery plan, enabling the company to meet its commercial/site objective Functional Roles and Responsibilities • Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan. • Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement • Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor. • Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage • Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes and maintain accurate records of all returned materials Education/Certification and Continued Education • Minimum Senior Secondary School
