Applications are now open for the Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. Graduate Trainee Programme 2026. This programme is designed for young Nigerian graduates who want to build a career in real estate practice through structured training, job rotations, and project assignments. In addition, the programme runs in two stages. It starts with a 6-week training program and then moves into a 6-month immersion program. Trainees who progress through and complete the immersion stage may be retained full-time. Application Deadline: 12 October 2026 Eligible Countries: Nigeria Internship Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria Duration: Two-stage programme: a 6-week training program followed by a 6-month immersion program (only trainees who progress to and complete the 6-month immersion may be retained full-time). Compensation: Hands-on training, job rotations, mentorship, networking, career visibility, clear path to full-time role, and an attractive remuneration package. About the Internship Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. created this graduate trainee programme to identify, train, and equip young professionals for careers in real estate practice. Therefore, participants gain industry exposure through guided learning and practical assignments. Moreover, the programme combines classroom sessions with real work experience. Participants also engage in mentorship and collaborative projects across business functions. Responsibilities

Eligibility Requirements
Possess a minimum second-class degree from an accredited university Be not more than 27 years old at the time of application Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program Have no more than 2 years post-NYSC work experience Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills Show exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and similar applications Be able to provide evidence of extracurricular, volunteer, and community-building activities
