Deine Aufgaben
• Analyse und Strukturierung von dokumentenbasierten Geschäftsprozessen • Beratung unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung • Konzeption individueller Lösungen mit ELO ECM • Umsetzung und Konfiguration von DMS-Projekten • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Projektpartnern und unserem Technik-Team • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Anwender • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen
Dein Profil
• Erfahrung im Bereich DMS / ECM – idealerweise mit ELOz. B. als Consultant, Administrator oder Systembetreuer • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und deren digitale Abbildung • Erfahrung in der Konfiguration und Anpassung von DMS-/ECM-Lösungen • Technisches Grundverständnis (Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse, IT-Infrastruktur) • Führerschein Klasse B • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse • Dein fester Wohnsitz befindet sich in Deutschland – die Einarbeitung findet in Neumünster statt • Optional: Kenntnisse in Java oder JavaScript
