Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.   What you get to do:   Receive and process requests directly from customers (via telephone, fax and email) for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, product information, order changes, and cancellations Quickly and professionally resolve customer complaints and problems Understand the glass and hardware product lines Read and understand drawings showing measurements of custom glass orders Utilize AS400 and CR Laurence GlazierPro computer programs Generate pricing quotes in a timely manner Possess strong customer service skills Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers Sustain a working technical knowledge of all available products Perform other duties as assigned What we are looking for: Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line) Excellent written & verbal communication skills Skilled in MS Office and proficient in Excel and Word. Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications.
