Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering modular construction projects across the UAE, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement through manufacturing, logistics, installation, and handover. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery while maintaining DuPod's commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage modular construction projects from initiation through final handover to clients.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks, delays, and potential issues.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support the successful integration of modular construction methodologies and innovative solutions into project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction, modular construction, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, and site operations.
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and industry practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
