- Safely transport employees, visitors, or company materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies during driving assignments.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods or materials when required.
- Notify management of any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
- Assist with other office or administrative duties as requested.
- Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.
- Knowledge of road safety rules and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to drive long distances safely and responsibly.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Physically fit.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Professional and courteous behavior when interacting with staff and clients.
