DTC eCommerce Operations Manager

You will take ownership of day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and reliable. The position spans multiple functions, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, recruiting, and internal operations. You will build systems, workflows, and documentation that help teams operate with greater clarity and accountability. Working closely across departments and with executive stakeholders, you will help turn operational challenges into practical solutions.
