Our mission is to make waterways as accessible as our highways and to build the most compelling, zero-emission marine vessels that enable a new era of clean waterborne transportation. We have recently launched N30, America's first and the world's longest range electric hydrofoiling boat. N30 is 10x more efficient than traditional gas boats, revolutionizing the way we move goods and people on the water and unlocking a new form of scalable water transportation for 46% of the world's population living in congested coastal cities.
We are an adventurous, close-knit team backed by some of the most prominent tech leaders and well known venture firms in Silicon Valley. Responsibilities
Executive Operations

Manage a constantly evolving calendar with precision — meetings, investor calls, offsites, and travel — anticipating needs and conflicts before they arise.

Coordinate with internal teams, investors, and external partners to ensure seamless alignment.

Own travel logistics (domestic & international), event planning, and complex itineraries with extreme detail.

Support preparation of key meetings and materials, maintaining confidentiality and strategic awareness at all times.

Resourceful in sourcing/scheduling and managing of hiring talents.
Personal Management & Lifestyle

Manage health-related logistics — including medical appointments, nutrition, fitness scheduling, and supplements — ensuring a structured, optimized personal routine.

Oversee personal errands, renewals, and administrative items (licenses, insurance, etc.) to ensure nothing slips.

Finances, reimbursements, etc

Keep track of upcoming events, social engagements, and personal travel with impeccable planning and foresight.

Proactively identify ways to improve workflow, personal efficiency, and well-being.
Event & Coordination

Assist in organizing company events, private dinners, or experiences — ensuring aesthetics, timing, and execution are on point.

Liaise with Navier team members and partners for coordination of brand, media, and logistics.
Digital & Creative

Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, IG, Google Workspace, Airtable, and social media platforms to draft communications, create schedules, and support light content or brand management.

Maintain clear digital organization systems across calendars, files, and workflows.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience supporting a high-performing executive (ideally founder/CEO in tech or venture-backed company).

Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Deep familiarity with digital tools, travel coordination, and personal management systems.

Passion for health, wellness, and continuous improvement.

Flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours coordination as needed.

Navier's pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
