The Role

As Ecommerce Operations Associate you will support the team in establishing and expanding our brand presence across major global online marketplaces, including Germany, Singapore, Italy, and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, foundational experience in a fast-growing longevity startup with a robust D2C strategy, perfect for someone early in their career.

This role begins as a 3-month freelance contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Operations Management (50%)

• Maintain and optimize product listing process, such as creating the SKU, uploading the SKU, and optimize the SEO by identifying the best keywords to be put on product name and description.

• Maintain and optimize ecommerce promotions such as vouchers, bundle promotions, flash sale, and others.

• Join and lead the ecommerce campaign project, such as double date, payday, and others. This includes working with other teams to prepare the key visuals, promotions, and others to maximise traffic and conversion.

• Data management, analysis, and reporting (25%)

• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, such as marketplaces, warehouses, and others to our reporting dashboards.

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and anomalies, then give insights and create action plans to deal with the situations.

• Have a deep understanding of ecommerce data to be able to give insights how it affects our financial reporting.

• Ecommerce Ads Management (15%)

• Maintain on and off-platform ads operations such as creating the ads group, budget control, and work with other teams to prepare ads content/visuals.

• Optimise the ads SEO, content, audience, and others to gain increased efficiency incrementality.

• Relationship Management (10%)

• Foster a good relationship with account managers at online marketplaces in order to get favourable conditions for the brand and gain insights and latest trends on the platform.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Discipline and high attention to detail.
• Strong intelligence and analytical mindset.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation and basic formulas.
• Fluency in German will be a strong plus.
