Participate in team meetings, training, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience in academic publishing, editorial support, customer service, operations, or a related field is preferred; strong fresh graduates may also be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international authors, reviewers, editors, and colleagues.
