The role works with Ministry directorates, inspectors and teacher-training colleges to integrate programme methodologies into national education systems, supervision structures, teacher preparation and education data processes. Requirements & qualifications
Essential criteria include a master's degree in Education, Humanitarian Affairs, Project Management, International Relations or Sociology; 5-7 years of education-programming experience focused on teacher training or curriculum development in humanitarian settings; experience strengthening education systems with Ministry of Education counterparts; knowledge of Education in Emergencies and accelerated learning; experience with education-data integration and EMIS; strong facilitation and coordination skills; and fluency in French and English. Experience in CAR or the Great Lakes region and additional relevant languages are desirable.
