As a Service Manager at Wall Street English, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the educational experience and service excellence within your center. You will lead a multicultural service team of teachers and coaches to ensure a consistent, premium learning journey for students while guaranteeing measurable learning outcomes and high satisfaction levels.

You will oversee daily service operations, mentor and develop the service team, and work closely with the Center Director and Sales Team to ensure strong alignment between student experience, educational success, and internal sales objectives. This role requires strong leadership, empathy, operational discipline, and a passion for education, with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and collaboration.

Your leadership will directly impact student success, retention, renewals, referrals, team motivation, and the reputation of Wall Street English within the local and national education market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the service team to deliver a premium educational experience and guaranteed student learning.
  • Manage daily service operations in line with Wall Street English standards and procedures.
  • Partner with the Center Director and Sales Team to support internal sales, renewals, and referrals.
  • Monitor service performance, student satisfaction, and learning outcomes, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Promote the Wall Street English method while building strong student and alumni engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (preferred)
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating multicultural teams
  • Strong understanding of educational quality control and service delivery
  • Ability to manage day-to-day service operations and follow standard operating procedures
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
  • Wall Street English teaching experience (advantageous)
  • Commercial or internal sales exposure (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage targets related to student success and internal sales
  • Comfortable using reporting tools and tracking performance metrics
  • Empathetic, student-focused, and collaborative leadership style
