Position Details Start Date: October 15, 2026 Employment: Full-time, 40 hours/week Type: W2 Employee Location: Remote — U.S. only Salary: $97,500–$115,000 per year About the Role ELB Learning is seeking an eLearning Development Manager to lead a team of developers building custom, interactive learning experiences. This role requires deep technical expertise in front-end development along with a strong grasp of AI-assisted development practices that increase team output and code quality. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on technical expert and an effective people leader. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of eLearning developers, overseeing project assignments, workload, and quality of output. Provide technical leadership on complex builds involving HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including custom interactions, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility. Guide development in Storyline and other authoring tools as needed, ensuring builds meet technical standards and best practices.
