Job Summary:
Define and develop electric power train relevant vehicle motion features based on market insights and technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement key features in VM products.
- Perform research and analysis to identify and evaluate new features
- Analyze and develop powertrain-specific control algorithms for performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Provide technical consultation to various teams
- Support in demonstrating features and resolving issue
Qualifications and requirements
- Major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Control Theory; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in electric powertrain systems development
- Proven experience with electric motor control, power electronics (inverters), and electric power systems
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and its interaction with the powertrain
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional environments.
- With the ability to communicate technical information effectively in English
