As an Electrician Helper, you'll work side by side with a Licensed Electrician, learning the real mechanics of the trade — wiring, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, racking, and modules — while keeping the job site safe, organized, and moving. Show up ready to learn, work hard, and follow instructions, and you'll walk away with real skills and a real shot at becoming licensed yourself. What You'll Do Observe and assist a Licensed Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician, following their written or verbal instructions on every project. Follow all relevant safety codes and guidelines while assisting with the installation and servicing of electrical equipment. Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment, and always follow job-specific safety protocols. Keep tools, parts, and materials organized, and make sure everything the electrician needs is on-site and ready. Transport tools and materials to the electrician as needed throughout the job. Help prepare and clean the work site before every project begins. Clean and tidy the work area after every project — materials, dust, and debris, all handled. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Electrician.
