This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Employer Brand Designer & Multimedia Producer based in India. This role brings an organization’s employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling design, multimedia, and creative storytelling. You’ll shape visual experiences across recruitment, social media, careers websites, internal communications, events, and other talent-focused channels. The position combines graphic design, video production, motion graphics, digital design, and brand stewardship in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll transform employee stories, strategic messages, and complex information into engaging visual narratives that resonate with priority talent audiences. A key focus will be maintaining a distinctive and consistent visual identity while continuously exploring new creative formats and production techniques. You’ll collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Digital teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work. This opportunity is ideal for a versatile creative professional who can take projects from initial concept and storytelling through production, quality assurance, and final delivery.

Employer brand creative: Lead the graphic and creative design of employer-brand communications, campaigns, and experiences, translating EVP and employer-brand strategy into distinctive visual concepts. Campaign and digital assets: Create visual assets for recruitment campaigns, social media, careers websites, events, presentations, internal communications, job marketing, and other employer-brand touchpoints. Visual storytelling: Develop infographics, illustrations, animations, and other storytelling assets that communicate employee experiences, data, strategic messages, and complex information in engaging and accessible ways. Video and multimedia production: Create and edit videos, motion graphics, animations, employee stories, testimonials, recruitment content, social assets, and other multimedia experiences from concept through final delivery. Production management: Manage multimedia projects including ideation, storyboarding, filming or content development where required, editing, post-production, optimization, and delivery across different platforms and formats. Template and design systems: Build, maintain, and continuously improve employer-brand templates and design systems for social media, presentations, recruitment campaigns, events, digital content, and recurring creative needs. Brand governance: Maintain strong visual consistency and quality across employer-brand materials, reviewing creative outputs for accuracy, accessibility, visual quality, and alignment with established brand standards. Creative direction: Provide constructive design feedback and creative guidance to internal stakeholders, agencies, and external creative partners when required. Digital experience: Support the visual design of careers websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences, applying responsive design, UX, accessibility, and digital-design principles across desktop and mobile environments. EVP initiatives: Translate EVP themes, employee insights, and employer-brand messaging into visual systems, campaign concepts, launches, activations, recruitment initiatives, events, and internal engagement experiences. Asset management: Manage creative asset libraries, maintaining master artwork, templates, photography, video, icons, graphics, naming conventions, version control, and visual guidelines so assets remain organized and accessible. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with HR, Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Digital teams, agencies, and other partners to turn business and creative requirements into effective solutions. Requirements Relevant professional experience: Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, creative design, brand design, or a related discipline. Strong portfolio: Portfolio showcasing high-quality work across digital design, brand communications, campaign creative, visual storytelling, and multimedia production. Advanced design expertise: Strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, color, imagery, visual hierarchy, and broader principles of graphic design. Multimedia capabilities: Experience creating infographics, animations, motion graphics, multimedia content, and engaging digital experiences. Video production: Strong video production and editing capabilities, with experience taking content from initial concept through editing, post-production, and final delivery. Brand expertise: Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to consistently apply visual guidelines across multiple audiences, channels, markets, and formats. Template and systems experience: Experience creating and maintaining visual templates, design systems, and reusable creative assets that enable efficient and consistent content production. Digital design: Understanding of design for websites, landing pages, social platforms, responsive environments, and mobile experiences. Strategic storytelling: Ability to translate strategic concepts, EVP messaging, employee insights, and stories into compelling visual communications. Creative quality control: Experience reviewing creative outputs against established standards for consistency, accessibility, accuracy, and overall quality. Asset management: Experience managing digital or creative asset libraries, master files, naming conventions, and version-control processes. Stakeholder management: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret creative briefs and work effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders. Project management: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative execution. Creative mindset: Demonstrated ability to experiment with new formats, technologies, and production techniques while maintaining strong brand and business alignment. Technical capabilities: Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects; Figma or equivalent digital-design platforms; motion and animation tools; video, audio, and color-editing software; Canva or enterprise template platforms; and digital asset management systems is advantageous. Digital and UX knowledge: Familiarity with responsive web design, basic HTML/CSS, UX/UI, accessibility principles, and digital production workflows is beneficial. Emerging technology: Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative technologies, including an understanding of their responsible use in professional creative production, is advantageous. Collaboration and ownership: Strong ability to manage creative work from brief and concept through production, quality assurance, and final delivery while balancing creativity, business priorities, and deadlines.
