The CRM Technologies team builds, scales, and operates Salesforce-based solutions that power MongoDB’s customer lifecycle, from marketing engagement and lead management through sales execution, account management, renewals, reporting, and downstream operational workflows. The team partners closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Data, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable business systems. The team continuously evolves the CRM and marketing technology ecosystem through automation, integrations, data quality improvements, and platform operations.
