This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineer, Engineering Resolution Team, PCBE based in India. This is an expert-level engineering role focused on resolving complex technical issues across private cloud and enterprise technology solutions. You will work within a global, multidisciplinary resolution team, taking ownership of challenging customer problems from triage through resolution. The role combines deep technical troubleshooting with solution-level thinking across networking, storage, servers, operating systems, and virtualization. You will act as a recognized technical expert, often leading investigations independently and guiding peers toward effective resolutions. You will also work directly with customers on critical issues and collaborate with product development teams to improve product quality and supportability. The environment is fast-paced and globally distributed, offering significant opportunities to build technical expertise, develop troubleshooting tools, and share knowledge. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about enterprise infrastructure technologies
