The Mission: Ecommerce at Fullscript The ecommerce team is the revenue engine powering Fullscript's growth. We own the end-to-end ecommerce experience, including cart, checkout, payments, taxes, discounts, payouts, and financial reporting. Every transaction, every order, and every dollar flows through what this team builds. We deliver reliability, security, and correctness - while still learning and moving fast The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the ecommerce pod. This role blends deep technical leadership with people leadership. You are expected to make critical decisions regarding the team’s focus and participate in system design planning. You will stay close to the work while owning systems at the heart of the business and creating the conditions for safe, reliable delivery.
