The manager leads and develops software engineers, owns technical direction and delivery, drives architecture and engineering practices, coordinates with Product, HR, IT and business stakeholders, modernizes internal platforms and promotes AI-assisted development and AI-enabled internal products.
Requirements & qualifications
Significant software-engineering experience, ideally 8+ years building scalable production systems; prior engineering-team leadership; strong full-stack experience such as React, Node.js and Python; AWS cloud-native architecture experience; large cross-functional delivery experience; and strong stakeholder communication.
