This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Engineering Manager, Rep Experience based in United States. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role overseeing one of the largest and most visible teams supporting the sales execution experience. You’ll lead the systems that sales teams rely on for prospecting, account and contact management, task execution, dashboards, and revenue workflows. The team is evolving these experiences into an intelligent system that helps determine what representatives should do next through prioritization, orchestration, and AI-driven recommendations. You’ll shape the technical direction while hiring, mentoring, and developing senior engineers and managers. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement and close partnership with Product, Design, GTM, and engineering leadership. As part of a remote-first, AI-native environment, strong documentation, thoughtful processes, and continuous improvement are central to how the team operates.
