This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Engineering Manager - System Design based in India. This role offers an opportunity to lead a global engineering function focused on advanced power system studies and grid integration solutions. You will provide technical and people leadership for high-power reactive power compensation projects involving STATCOM and SVC technologies. The position combines hands-on engineering expertise with project coordination, customer engagement, and team development. You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from tender evaluation and bid preparation through detailed engineering and commissioning. The role involves working on complex international projects supporting grid stability, voltage control, and transmission efficiency.
