We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about building winning teams and driving innovation through modern technologies such as agentic AI, cloud-native solutions, and automation. About the role As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of Technology Investment & Trading Solutions (ITS), helping drive the next generation of savings, investment, and trading solutions at SEB. You will lead a team within Tech ITS Distribution & Investments, combining leadership, technology, and business understanding. Working in a fast-moving environment where customer value, innovation, quality, and operational excellence are key to our success, you will contribute to delivering scalable, end-to-end investment services for our customers.
