Engineering Project Manager - Substation Engineering

Our partner is looking for an Engineering Project Manager - Substation Engineering based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead the engineering delivery of substation and interconnection work across utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, taking ownership of scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and client expectations from kickoff through closeout. The position requires strong technical understanding and the ability to translate contract and proposal requirements into clear delivery direction. You will coordinate electrical, civil, structural, and power systems engineering teams to keep work aligned, accurate, and on schedule. As a key client-facing leader, you will communicate project status, risks, technical issues, and decisions to diverse stakeholders. You will also mentor project staff and contribute to projects that support the continued expansion of renewable energy infrastructure.
