You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As an Enterprise Business Rules Specialist, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across ACC to analyse, develop, implement and maintain business rules that support consistent business outcomes. You'll contribute to the evolution of ACC's business rules framework, provide expert advice, facilitate rule harvesting and validation activities, and help ensure business rules are effectively aligned with broader business process management practices. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful enterprise-wide impact while contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $90,039 to $110,047 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance. About you | Mōu You will bring: Experience in business rules analysis, authoring, validation or review activitiesKnowledge of business rules methodologies such as RuleSpeak and Concept ModellingKnowledge of, or the ability to learn, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) standards, with knowledge of Case Management Model and Notation (CMMN) advantageousExperience gathering and translating business requirements into practical business rule solutionsStrong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, collaboration and relationship management skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capability, with strong attention to detailExperience working with complex business frameworks and requirementsSound knowledge of data models, metadata and governance principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teamsUnderstanding and application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the design of systems and processesYou must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application Working at ACC | Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand's cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
