Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while staying organized and responsive. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience. Take ownership of customer outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve the onboarding experience. Adapt implementation approaches as customer needs and priorities evolve. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. Strong customer-first mindset with a genuine hospitality orientation and commitment to creating positive experiences. Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously. Strong sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to move implementations forward efficiently. Empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand and respond thoughtfully to customer needs. Clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt as customer requirements change. Coachability and openness to feedback, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams. Experience with SaaS, restaurants, hospitality, or customer support is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for company offsites. Benefits: Base compensation of $95,000–$105,000 , with compensation benchmarked according to the employee's primary work location. Equity included as part of the offer package. Competitive total compensation that may vary based on location, role level, and experience. Remote work arrangement within the United States.
