As a Sales Engineer on our Enterprise team, you’ll serve as a key technical resource throughout the sales process—supporting product demos, answering technical questions, assisting with integrations, and crafting custom solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, and Engineering to ensure a seamless pre-sales and onboarding experience within the Enterprise Sector.
Serve as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers throughout the pre-sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders such as CTOs, CISOs, and Network Architects. Partner with Sales teams to understand deal progress, tailor solutions, and strategize next steps. Deliver product demonstrations, lead proofs of concept (POCs), and guide stakeholders through technical evaluations. Translate customer requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions. Provide feedback to product and engineering based on customer insights and common integration use cases. Support the design and execution of technical security solutions alongside project managers and operations teams. Prepare detailed project documentation such as floor plans, scope of work, and solution overviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, etc.) or relevant work experience Passion for technology and demonstrated interest in both hardware and software solutions Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to our customers and partners Customer-focused mindset with excellent account management, problem-solving, and attention to detail Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and routing/switching devices is preferred but not required Familiarity with Physical Security products, such as Security Cameras, Access Control, and IoT devices is a plus Experience and familiarity with LLM systems, prompting, and terminology Experience working with APIs, Python, other coding languages is a plus
