Entry-Level Sales & Laborer

Location: Sparks, NV Company: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $22–$24/hr average ($12/hr base + uncapped Profit Share + Tips)

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for an energetic, customer-focused applicant to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, staying active, and earning based on your performance, this could be a great fit.

You'll meet customers face-to-face, provide on-site estimates, close sales, and work alongside your team to complete the job. No two days are the same, and there are opportunities to grow quickly.

What You'll Do:

• Provide on-site estimates and close sales

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks

• Work efficiently and safely as part of a team

• Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with professionalism and energy

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (but not required!), especially retail, service, or commission-based

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license

• Must be 21+

Schedule:

Full-time availability required, 5 days per week (4 weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday). Overtime opportunities may be available based on customer demand and job volume.
