Coordinate workstreams across Epic applications, technical readiness, interfaces, devices, testing, training, cutover, and operational readiness. Manage Community Connect practice onboarding, including scope confirmation, readiness tracking, workflow coordination, implementation planning, and deployment sequencing. Partner with client leadership, physician practices, Epic application and technical teams, vendors, and internal resources to maintain alignment and drive timely decisions. Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, risk management activities, escalations, and stakeholder communications. Manage multiple concurrent projects or implementation waves while maintaining delivery standards, quality, and timelines. Support cutover, go-live, issue triage, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support. Coordinate assignments, dependencies, priorities, and client expectations with Epic analysts and leadership. Contribute to repeatable Community Connect tools, templates, governance practices, and project delivery methodologies. Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience leading Epic or complex healthcare IT initiatives. Experience managing Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or enterprise initiatives involving multiple applications and operational teams. Strong understanding of the Epic implementation lifecycle, including planning, build, testing, training, readiness, cutover, go-live, and stabilization. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities. Experience developing project plans, RAID logs, implementation schedules, governance materials, and executive reporting. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships across technical, clinical, operational, and executive teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Direct Epic Community Connect implementation experience, including physician practice onboarding and go-live, is strongly preferred. Experience managing multiple Community Connect practices, deployment waves, or concurrent implementations is a plus. Knowledge of Community Connect governance, host and practice responsibilities, readiness, and transition to support is advantageous. PMP or comparable project/program management certification is a plus. Epic certification, accreditation, or substantial experience working with Epic-certified teams is advantageous. Experience in Managed Services, healthcare consulting, or multi-client delivery environments is preferred. Experience supporting large health systems, academic medical centers, or complex physician networks is a plus. Benefits: Salary range of $115,000–$140,000, based on qualifications and experience. Primarily remote working environment. Direct-hire, full-time opportunity. Opportunity to lead complex Epic and healthcare IT transformation initiatives.
