This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Epic Radiant Team Lead based in the United States. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Epic Radiant professional supporting a complex healthcare environment. You’ll provide day-to-day direction to an established application team while serving as a trusted escalation point for complex Radiant challenges. The role combines technical expertise, team leadership, stakeholder partnership, and hands-on application support. You’ll help prioritize work, guide projects and enhancements, and keep critical initiatives moving efficiently. Working closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into effective Epic solutions. The position offers the opportunity to bring stability, mentorship, and continuous improvement to an established environment. This is a fully remote role with limited travel, offering meaningful impact within healthcare technology.
