The overall objectives of a mobility are to ehance professional development, foster multicultural and intercultural understanding, and strengthen cooperation between institutions. The main objectives of the mobility program were completed under four key words: Artistic Strategies – Innovative Approaches – Arts Education – Teaching Methods. The key outcome of this teaching mobility was a comprehensive view on research and teaching strategies used by Academy of Fine Arts University of Sarajevo staff member as a model that might be implemented at the Academy of Fine Arts University of Zagreb. The lecture process contributes to the development and refinement of the socio-cultural and artistic environment, the formation of the student’s views on the importance of cultivating the world’s artistic heritage, and the improvement of critical thinking and value systems. This includes improving student’s skills, knowledge, and competence, as well as developing new artistic pedagogical techniques and strategies for improvement, modernization and glocalization.
