This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Estimating & Design Lead based in Switzerland. As an Estimating & Design Lead, you will turn commercial properties, site plans, specifications, and project requirements into accurate, defensible landscaping estimates and compelling proposals. You will serve as the technical and landscape expertise behind a fast-moving business development team focused on winning new commercial accounts. Your work will span estimating, landscape design judgment, scope development, and proposal support across diverse property types. You will collaborate closely with sales, estimators, property stakeholders, and field leadership while working remotely. Speed and accuracy will be equally important, with most requested proposals expected to be delivered within 72 hours. This is an opportunity to apply hands-on landscaping and horticultural expertise in a results-driven environment with meaningful performance-based earning potential.
