Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for large-scale infrastructure, power transmission, or construction projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for civil, electrical, and MEP components.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for accurate pricing and technical clarifications.
- Work closely with project managers, procurement, and planning teams to finalise bid strategies.
- Analyse risks and identify cost-saving alternatives or value engineering options.
- Prepare and present cost summaries and tender submissions to senior management.
- Monitor post-tender clarifications and assist in contract negotiations when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation within Infrastructure, Power, Electrical, or Construction Building industries.
- Strong knowledge of cost structures, technical drawings, and tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in estimation software (Candy, CCS, Excel, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
