Relevant areas include resilience technologies, search and rescue, crisis communications, post-disaster waste management, medical response and related solutions. Lithuanian projects can run for up to 36 months. A Lithuanian university or research institution must participate with a mandatory SME and satisfy both the international Eureka and national Research Council submission requirements.
Eligibility requirements
Lithuanian universities, research organisations and SMEs may participate under national Eureka rules. A Lithuanian university or research institution must apply together with a mandatory SME, and the international project consortium must satisfy the Eureka call's transnational eligibility conditions.
Tips for this grant
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
- Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
- Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
- Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.
Verification notes
The Lithuanian national deadline is 26 October 2026 at 17:00 Lithuania time. Lithuania is on EET (UTC+2) by that date, so the national deadline is normalized to 15:00 UTC and is used because it is earlier than the Eureka international 17:00 CET deadline. Lithuanian support is capped at €300,000 per project part.
Job and Scholarship is the discovery and verification layer. Confirm eligibility, dates, salary/funding and application instructions on the original source before submitting anything.
