Volunteers lead non-formal English communication classes for children aged 8–15, run language and culture sessions, support teachers at local schools, help with summer camps and workshops, and contribute to activities, events and limited project administration. The first week is with a host family, followed by furnished shared-apartment accommodation. Financial support for food and travel costs for programme activities are provided, alongside methodology, leadership, ESC and psychological support training.
