Execution Team Lead, Order Management - TA

This role offers the opportunity to lead critical procurement operations supporting Travel America activities across multiple business entities and locations. You will oversee day-to-day order management operations while ensuring accuracy, service quality, compliance, and timely execution. As a people leader, you will coach and develop a team of procurement professionals, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Category Management, Technology, and business stakeholders across an international environment. The position combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, governance, analytics, and process transformation. You will use performance data and operational insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, cost reduction, and improved customer experience.
